Without waiting for a response, she hits a button on the table in front of her. A trapdoor snaps open below the players and they’re dropped into the maze. You fall from the point and land in a deep pool of water.

Arriving at the shack, you check it out. It looks somewhat sturdy, but it’s by no means a nuclear bunker. It has no windows. Inside, it’s only one small room that could probably fit about 4 people (like the size of a tool shed basically). The corner of taken up by a small machine box the looks something like a broken down generator. There is a single switch on top.

In fixing the box, Cam quickly notices that many of the wires and panels on the box are not connected to anything, as if they’re simply for show. There are, however, parts of it that are definitely real. The switch, for instance. Fixing it reconnects the switch to...something. It is reconnected to a cord that travels off somewhere down into the ground. That complete, Desmond hits the switch. For a moment nothing happens. Then, after a few seconds, you hear another thundering noise, similar to the one that came from the doors opening, but far off in the distance. Hailey’s voice is heard over the loudspeakers. “Thanks! I was hoping someone would fix that for me.” A sound of howling begins to echo from various places outside the room the players are in.

(Lemme get Reg first) Because I don't want to keep hitting you guys with just hounds, the room that Reg leads the way into appears both hound and treasure free.

(here's how I'm gonna handle it, because I really wanna give you a shot at this happening) Dax runs up to the wall. Jumping up onto Desmond's shoulders and leaping straight up. The leap takes you almost all the way up, and you attempt to kick up a bit further and grab on to the top of the wall. (roll d20+dex mod. there isnt really a skill for this)

Dax scrambles the couple meters left, and manages to just barely grab the edge of the top of the wall. Pulling himself up, he notices a few things quickly. He sees that the wall he is now on top of is something of a big open area, slightly bigger than the rooms tend to be. Looking over the edge, he sees that, had they kept going along the path he just came from, they would've come a bigger than usual room, with two paths branching off of it, each one leading...up, like an overpass.

(The cameras are just above the glass roof. There are some as drones flying around with you I guess, but let’s say you’re instructed not to touch those are pay any attention to them.)

Robert is immediately stabilized by his belt. He is pulled out of the game by a pair of small drones, which lift him up. A hole opens in the glass ceiling for them to pass through, and closes again once their through. He is taken over to the medical team for a quick check. Once good as new, he is lead to the front row of the audience. The crowd applauds him.

"And Robert has taken his own life, putting him out of the game! Desmond is now free." The hall reopens and Desmond can proceed into the big room with the overpasses on the north and east side.

Dax uses his warrior ability to make the shot miss, and it does. Meanwhile, Desmond I’m just gonna say is in the starting area to decomplicate things, and he hears the shot but has no idea what happened. Go from here.
